[H1 New NEV Registrations Reach 5.622 Million Units, Up 27.86% YoY to Set Record High]According to Ministry of Public Security statistics, as of June month-end, China's total NEV ownership reached 36.89 million units, accounting for 10.27% of all automobiles. Among these, battery electric vehicle ownership stood at 25.539 million units, comprising 69.23% of total NEVs. In H1, new NEV registrations reached 5.622 million units, increasing 27.86% YoY to set a new historical record. NEVs accounted for 44.97% of all new vehicle registrations during the period. [Ganfeng Lithium: Anticipates H1 Net Loss Between RMB300-550 Million]Ganfeng Lithium (002460.SZ) announced it expects a net loss attributable to shareholders of RMB300-550 million for January-June 2025, compared to a RMB760 million loss in the same period last year. [Tianqi Lithium: Projects H1 Net Profit Ranging From RMB0-155 Million, Turning to Profit From LossZ6/>Tianqi Lithium (002466.SZ) disclosed its 2025 semi-annual performance forecast, expecting RMB0-155 million net profit attributable to shareholders, compared to a RMB5.206 billion loss in the prior year. Although lithium product selling prices decreased YoY, shorter lithium ore pricing cycles reduced production costs closer to latest procurement prices. Simultaneously, associated company SQM's H1 net profit increased YoY, boosting investment income. Additionally, Australian dollar appreciation contributed to exchange gains. (Finance News)

[Yongxing Lithium: Forecasts H1 Net Loss of RMB116-173 Million]Yongxing Lithium (603399.SH) announced it expects a net loss attributable to parent company owners of RMB116-173 million for H1 2025, versus RMB68.162 million profit in the same period last year. Persistent oversupply in the lithium chemicals market caused further price declines. Despite risk mitigation efforts through production increases and cost optimization, the company could not offset adverse impacts from price drops, resulting in losses in its lithium chemicals business. [Lyric: Secured Full-Line Equipment Order for All-Solid-State Batteries From Major Domestic Automaker]Lyric stated via investor platform that it has secured a full-line equipment order for all-solid-state battery production from a leading domestic automaker, covering core equipment for electrode preparation, electrolyte compounding, and high-voltage formation processes. Equipment delivery and validation work is progressing in an orderly manner, while technical exchanges with multiple mainstream battery manufacturers and automakers are underway. Standalone equipment models such as "dry process equipment," "glue frame printing and stacking equipment," and "high-voltage formation and grading equipment" have also garnered market attention, becoming key areas for customer field trips. [UK Transport Secretary: UK plans to introduce measures to boost EV sales] The UK plans to launch new incentives to reduce the cost of purchasing new electric vehicles. Transport Secretary Heidi Alexander confirmed she will announce new measures this week to promote EV sales. Her office announced Sunday plans to invest £63 million in building charging piles across households and logistics warehouses nationwide, including funding for charging infrastructure in residential areas without driveways.
